“Come as you are” yoga class
No need for a mat, no need for tight clothes, no need to be able to touch your toes. Come as you are and if that means you are in your pyjamas, that is fine with me.
In this hour we will spend together, I will share with you why I love yoga and what yoga is all about, (spoiler alert: not the poses). We will then practice together, standing (you can have a chair or a wall nearby if you feel a bit wobbly) and on the floor (grab a towel if you do not want to sit or lie down directly on the floor). No prior yoga experience required.
