Achieving equality for women in legal professions – on all levels – has been a very delicate and tedious matter for decades. However, progress is happening in the here and now, slowly but surely. Today’s education of children allow for a new imprint on their understanding of society and role models. Grown-ups are regularly reminded that they should let go of outdated concepts by the successful work done by organizations such as The Women in Law Initiative. These actions are worthwhile, the past is proving it. Ultimately, we will obtain equality and we will be able to maintain it. It is just a matter of time.
