Almut Bühling
Biography
Almut Bühling is an expert in intellectual property law. She advises and represents multinational corporations worldwide, medium-sized companies and start-ups in the fields of trademark, design, copyright as well as patent infringement. She has in-depth experience in providing strategic advice on building IP portfolios and on brand management
Almut tirelessly represents the interests of women entrepreneurs worldwide: as co-chair of the board of the International Commission of the VdU, the leading German Association of Women Entrepreneurs, which has been delegated by the German government to participate in the G20 summit together with the German Women’s Council to represent Germany in the Women20 dialogue group; Almut is the German representative of the VdU in the world umbrella organization FCEM (Femmes Chefs d’Entreprises Mondiales) and the FCEM delegate at the Conference of INGOs at the Council of Europe (Europarat). She is a co-author, frequent speaker and actively shares her experience and knowledge as a mentor.
