Christiane Müller-Haye

Christiane Müller-Haye has a track record of almost 20 years in the Legal industry. She started her Legal-IT career in a big German law firm in early 2000, the very early days of Legal IT and was responsible for implementing new Legal IT applications. After a few years, she changed to the vendor side and her teams were running hundreds of Information Management implementations in
Law Firms and Legal Departments. Legal IT and challenging operational structures are her passion. She is a strong believer in the power of a diverse team that feels appreciated. We have done it always like this – It’s impossible – will be for sure challenged by her.

I believe only diverse societies are able to make use of their full potential. Although I think basic generalization and stigmatization is the “fatal blow” for any society. Equality starts in everyone’s head and is a combination of acceptance, appreciation, and changing perspectives.
