Biography
Ellen founded Legalis and is a co-founder of LEXITUP. Ellen was the Managing Director for 12 years with a global search firm focussed on the recruitment of lawyers across the European emerging markets. Ellen has extensive experience of consulting with and advising law firms specifically on mergers, expansions and practice group acquisitions.
The Women in Law Initiative is focused on gender-equality targets and enables the dialogue needed to ensure real progress.
