Ema Potocnik

Ema Potočnik, VIAC Community Ambassador Network Director, brings a wealth of experience to her role with a strong focus on the CEE/SEE region and a background in diplomacy. She co-created VIAC’s ADR Wellbeing Toolbox with ArbBalance and R.E.A.L. and is passionate about supporting the legal community by exploring and sharing holistic personal development practices. Ema is also a dedicated mentor to young female professionals, making a difference by empowering the next generation to thrive in their legal careers.
