Diversity/inclusion/intersectionality is an area I am passionate about. I think it is important to be visible. Often small actions that seem obvious to you are things that have not been considered by someone who is not directly affected by an issue. By sharing what steps people can take to be more inclusive we can change things one person and one organisation at a time.
