Biography
Partner at Heleno Torres Advogados and Law Professor at FGV, she is Brazil’s leader in gender-based tax inequality. She founded the first Taxation & Gender Research Group, securing zero tax on pads and mandatory gender/race impact reviews of tax benefits. As founder of Women in Tax Brazil, she established a platform to amplify women’s visibility via mentoring, events, and publications. A renowned scholar, her work is widely cited in courts and
academia, shaping tax justice in Brazil.
