Biography

Tatiana Veress works as Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice Officer at the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) where she coordinates the activities of UNODC’s Global Judicial Integrity Network as a global platform that aims to promote experience-sharing among judges and judiciaries, facilitate access to existing resources and knowledge, and identify and address emerging challenges to judicial integrity.

Justice is only real when it reaches everyone. That means removing barriers so all people can access it without fear or exclusion. And it means ensuring women have equal opportunities to participate, lead and shape the system. Only then can justice become what it’s meant to be – fair, strong and a benefit to all. UNDOC believes in and works towards these principles, striving to make justice accessible and equitable for everyone.
