Track 1 – Women’s rights – age and disability – workshop
This seminar focuses on identifying solutions for a more inclusive legal system. Through legal frameworks, practical mechanisms in advancing anti-discrimination policies will be explored with examples of local, state and federal cases. In an interactive and academic discussion, specific solutions from various regions and institutions of the world will be assessed in protecting the rights of historically underrepresented populations in creating a more just legal system.
