Ana Carla Bliacheriene is a professor of law at the University of São Paulo and a legal expert in public governance and digital transformation. She works at the intersection of law, technology, and public institutions, developing innovative approaches to strengthen transparency, accountability, and state capacity. Through her work on responsible AI and the She Public Finance initiative, she actively promotes gender equity and empowers women in public finance, AI, innovation, and law.
