She is active in the lawyer well-being movement. Anne-Claire is a member of the New York Bar and holds a JD and a JSD from Cornell Law School, an LLM in EU Law from the College of Europe, a Maîtrise en Droit from Université Paris 1 and a Yoga Alliance Teacher Certification.
A recent global survey by the International Bar Association has shown that women’s well-being scores are lower than men’s. The same goes for minorities. Investing resources into increasing lawyer well-being, and in particular the well-being of women and minorities, should not be considered as a nice “perk” offered by some firms to their lawyers. Bar associations, law schools and legal employers all over the world must work to advance lawyer well-being for a more diverse and inclusive legal profession.
