Christine Dietz

Apart from being a competition lawyer at Binder Grösswang in Vienna for many years, Christine has a very challenging job as a mother of two teenage girls and spends as much time as possible in the mountains in Styria where her partner runs a very special mountain hut which looks a bit like a spaceship. As the hiking up there is quite intense and a continuous challenge, a certain level of fitness is guaranteed at least throughout the hiking season. She also loves (contemporary) art. Indeed, Christine has even started a small art collection a few years ago and is happy to support (young/female) artists including her own daughter.

Enabling equal opportunities (by allowing different kinds of career models for both women and men) is the only way forward in the future and I am deeply convinced that this is possible. We do not have to choose between a career and a family life, both is possible, for both men and women. And when I look at my teenage daughters and their self-perception as women, I do have great hopes.
