My research on gender equality is underpinned by principles of fairness and equity for all in the labour market. Women in the legal professions have a dual role when it comes to gender equality, in terms of bringing about gender equality in the legal profession, but also as legal experts who are in a position to influence the development and implementation of equality to law to bring about fairer outcomes across the labour market.
