Biography

Dorota Beange LL.B – Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales with Higher Rights of Audience, has many years of experience in undertaking complex cross-border family cases, especially concerning child abduction. She is an approved expert in matters of recognition of orders and judgements from outside of the jurisdiction, both in English courts and English orders in the courts of other jurisdictions, especially Eastern Europe. In addition to her daily work, she has conducted numerous seminars and guest lectures on international family law, both in England and abroad, including at Leeds Metropolitan University and the Faculty of Law of the University of Opole. In 2024, she was nominated as the lawyer of the year in the North of England. Dorota provides pro bono representation to women in difficult circumstances and is a strong advocate for women rights and free choice.

For women to be empowered and to have freedom of choice they need to fully understand their legal rights.
