Farhat Ansari

Farhat Ansari, being a woman and particularly a first generation Lawyer is well aware about the challenges in the legal profession. She is a role model for the female associates and junior lawyers as she has made significant contributions to the legal profession particularly in banking, corporate and commercial law with her perseverance, hard work, and determination.

Women are equally capable, brilliant and even more focused and ready to meet the intellectual challenges of work they undertake and the variety of work they caring out. I determined to address ‘long hours’ culture’ of the profession and also introduce a flexible working practice. Many women lawyers felt that their talents has no recognition and ‘Women in Law Initiative’ filling this gap.
