Francesca Restifo

Francesca Restifo is a Senior Human Rights Lawyer and UN Representative of the International Bar Association’s Human Rights Institute (IBAHRI), where she leads the UN Programme and multilateral advocacy strategies. She has extensive experience in international human rights law, refugee protection and UN human rights mechanisms, having worked with UNHCR, the European Parliament and international human rights organisations. She holds degrees and specialisations in law, international and European law, human rights, and law and economics from universities in Italy, Belgium, Austria and the Netherlands.
