Julia Kalus

Biography

Julia Kalus, LLM is a Univeristy Assistant (Prae-doc) at the Department of Innovation and Digitalisation in Law at the Univeristy of Vienna. Her professional experience includes, among others, a traineeship at the Polish Data Protection Authority and at the European Union’s Agency for Fundamental Rights. Julia is part of the Vienna Doctoral College on Digital Humanism, an interdisciplinary doctoral program. Her research focuses on platform regulation and gender harms posed by deepfakes.
