Leah Molatseli

Leah Molatseli is a lawyer, speaker and published legal tech author, she is Head of Business Development at Legal Interact. She uses her diverse knowledge and wealth of experience to empower the African legal tech ecosystem. Through her work at Legal Interact, she has managed to drive more impactful work and conversations about legal tech on the continent. She is also an American Bar Association Women of Legal Tech recipient and most recent ISF Schmidt Futures 2023 Africa Fellow.

Think of it this way, we all feel entitled to wear shoes, but equal opportunity means wearing shoes that fit you, there’s no point sitting on the table, and you are cringing because they are too tight. It’s about creating an enabling environment. I am committed to improvement because it matters to me because our voices matter, and diversity is key for equality to allow innovation and a more inclusive environment. WiL Initiatives matter because the road to equal opportunity is not a solo journey.
