Lukas Flener

Lukas Flener is partner at fwp and has over 20 years of experience in advising clients on complex merger control filings and the most prestigious competition law cases as well as M&A transactions with the focus of private equity and family businesses. Another focus of his work is real estate law, in particular the handling of real estate development projects.

Since 2013 he has been the head of the competition team at fwp and has had final responsibility for all human resources matters, such as fwp carreer path development or the buddy and mentoring program. As head of human resources, he takes special responsibility for ensuring that all applicants and employees have the same opportunities at fwp and that qualifications alone are the deciding factor.

As head of human resources, I am particularly concerned with the advancement of employees, especially young associates and lawyers, and their career paths.
