Biography

Marion Guerrero is a legal scholar and lecturer at the University of Vienna’s Institute for Legal and Constitutional History, specializing in gender and non-discrimination law, strategic litigation, and labour law. She studied law in Vienna, New York, and Florence, and is a Fulbright alumna. Her professional experience spans Columbia University Law School, the Israeli Constitutional Court in Jerusalem, and the Austrian Federal Ministry for Women’s Affairs. She currently heads the Legal Department at Psychosoziale Dienste in Wien and serves as a nominated expert on Austrian equal treatment law for the European Commission. At the University of Vienna, she teaches courses on women in law and contemporary gender-equality issues in legal history.
