Marlen Estévez, partner and member of the Board at RocaJunyent; President Madrid Court of Mediation (CMEM); President of Women in the Legal World (WLW); Top 100 Spanish Leader and Top 20 influential lawyers. Marlen uses her first-hand knowledge as a female business lawyer empowering and advocating for female talen in the legal realm through her project „Women in the Legal World“.

In recent years, in the legal sector, much progress has been made in terms of equality thanks to the work of great men and women who have gone before us. However, women lawyers are still not reaching the top of their professions in proportion to their numbers. That is why it is important to promote equality at work, to achieve a fair society. If we imagine it together, with determination, we will make it happen.
