Biography
Nthati Bergedah Pheko is a young female lawyer who practices law in the Courts of Lesotho. She has been serving as the Secretary ofLaw Society of Lesotho for three consecutive terms. Advocate Pheko is determined and ambitious in the administration of justice in Lesotho. She obtained her LLB first Degree and later on furthered her study and studied LLM – Commercial law. She has been running one of the biggest law firms in the country since 2015 to date.
The legal profession is male dominant it is high time that women equally as men make their mark. Women are doing exceptionally well and they must be recognised. Women in law are important because they easily champion the rights of women who are victims of crime. The voice of women in the legal profession can be heard through the organisations.
