Biography

Stefan Perner, Professor of Civil and Company Law, Head of the Institute for Civil and Civil Procedure Law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. Stefan specializes in Civil and Insurance Law. At WU, he is also member of the Equal Opportunities Committee. Since 2025 he is a member of the constitutional court.
