Biography

Rangita de Silva de Alwis is globally recognized for her work on women’s leadership and international women’s rights. She teaches Women, Law & Leadership and International Women’s Rights at University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and is Leader in Residence at Harvard Kennedy School’s Women and Public Policy Program. Furthermore, she is the Hillary Rodham Clinton Research Fellow on Gender Equity at Georgetown University (2020-2021).
