Rida Tahir

Rida Tahir is an advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan. She is notable for her work on gender and child rights and works tirelessly to provide legal aid and advice to the most vulnerable and marginalised segments of the society. She has written for the Oxford Human Rights Hub, Durham University Asian Law Journal, London School of Economics and Political Science, Cambridge Business and Human Rights.

Women bring their own unique perspectives and lived experiences to the legal profession to the benefit of all. It is a grave injustice that women are excluded from the legal profession to the disadvantage of the whole society.
