Biography
Romana Wochner is a policy maker at the chamber of labour, holds a degree in law and international development, specialised in feminist economics and law of equal treatment and anti-discrimination, involved in the ongoing process of negotiations on behalf of employees‘ interests considering the implementation of the pay transparency directive into national law
Improving the living and workinc conditions on a structural level, especially for women*, has been my driving force throughout my studies and still is today in my work as a policy maker. Women empower women (on their way to gender equality…)! I hold myself accountable to this quote and am looking forward to meeting like-mined colleagues at the conference!
