I am Rosa Van Niekerk (Dr) and the owner of Rosa Van Niekerk Attorneys. Rosa Van Niekerk Attorneys is a general practice. I have a passion for family law, maintenance and divorce. I am a business owner, a passionate lawyer, a happy and fierce strong leader who breaks down glass ceilings. I have received a Doctor of Humanitarianism (honoris cause) from the Global International Alliance of USA.
Today’s world Lady Justice wears heels. I am a passionate family law attorney and believe in equal rights. I strive to educate and uplift female attorneys. I believe that it is important not only to be visible in Court but in your community as well. The importance of the organisation Woman in Law Initiative is imperative for women in Law. As a female attorney we still fight for equal opportunities. I am grateful for organisations who empower our female attorneys.
