Sonja Carlson

Sonja Carlson is Senior Corporate Counsel at Microsoft and Vice Chair of the Culture & Inclusion Council for the legal department. She leads support of the multi-billion-dollar Dynamics 365 business – an AI-first product portfolio driven by autonomous AI agents integrated with communication services. These cutting-edge technologies require Sonja to advise on issues of AI, data use and privacy, biometrics, telecommunications, and intellectual property. She received her BA in Economics from Columbia University and JD summa cum laude from Seattle University School of Law.
