Biography
Svetlana IASECHKO is an Associate Professor, Department of Civil Law Disciplines, Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Ukraine. Despite the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, she continues to engage in scientific activities. She has published extensively in the areas of human rights, moral rights, information rights, and family law in relation to prenuptial agreements governing women’s moral rights.
Today, there are many challenges for girls and women in Ukraine who have chosen the path of scientists. One of the most difficult choices that almost every woman who chooses the path of a scientist has to make is the combination of professional and family roles. And now, in connection with the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, all women give more than they receive, they inspire, they are leaders – on all fronts of resistance.
